To unlink your profile from your wheel, simply delete the serial number in the Profile section ? My vehicle.
What do the “speeding” and “braking” modes on the Inmotion application mean?
These modes allow you to personalise the sensitivity of your ride. The speeding mode adjusts the responsiveness of the pedal to speed, while the braking mode adjusts the sensitivity of the pedal to braking. You can adjust them to suit your preferences.
What is the maximum power that can be supplied by the V11’s USB port?

How can I deactivate the cruise control on my WS11 Max?
To access the advanced menu, press the “M” button for a few seconds.
Then press “M” again until the “P1” menu is displayed.
You will see four 0’s flashing to give you access to more parameters. Change the digits by entering the code 1159 using the + and – buttons.
Then navigate to the “P9” menu and select the “OFF” option. Confirm with a long press on “M”.
How do I unlock my electric scooter?
Unfortunately, our electric scooters are limited to 25km/h by default. In accordance with the law, we cannot provide you with instructions on how to unlock your scooter, even if you wish to use it on private land or in a country where this is permitted.

All our electric scooters are limited by design to 25km/h. We are not legally able to tell you how to unlock your electric scooter, even if you want to use it on private land or in a country where the legislation allows it.

Is it possible to pay in several monthly instalments?
Of course you can! For amounts between €500 and €3,500, you can pay in 2 or 3 instalments free of charge. This service is available in the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Luxembourg.
In France, you can also opt for payment in 10 instalments for amounts between €500 and €3,500.
When will my order finally arrive?
Once you have paid and we have received your payment, delivery will take between 3 and 5 working days in mainland France, and between 5 and 7 working days for other European countries.
Do you also deliver to Europe?
We deliver to a whole host of countries in Europe: France, Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Spain, the Vatican, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden and Slovenia.

Even for a pre-order, you will have to pay the full amount. However, in some cases, payment in 2, 3 or 10 instalments without charge is possible.
Is it possible to obtain an invoice without VAT?
When you place an order with Green220.com, you are purchasing from a B to C site based in France. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with an invoice without VAT, whether you are in another country or a company.

At Green220, we have set up a puncture service. It’s available here.
The package includes :
– Changing the inner tube on your wheel
– Repair labour
– Visual inspection of the product
I’ve started an SAV procedure. Could you keep me informed of its progress?
After sending all the documents required to open the file (invoice and serial number), we have passed on all the information to our experts. One of them will contact you directly. There is no need to contact us again for 72 hours. When you are in contact with our technician, please follow the progress directly with him. To avoid overwhelming them and thus avoiding any delays, it is preferable not to contact them again before the 15-day period initially planned.

I have a product to be repaired. Can I drop it off and wait for it to be repaired on site?
Unfortunately, our workshop is not a place where customers can wait while their product is being repaired. Our technicians work on cases in order of arrival and feasibility. The repair time is given as an indication of 15 days and may vary.
